The present general terms and conditions of sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, the individuals making a purchase via the sitestudio-oaf.com, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and on the other hand, Studio OAF.
All sales are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale, which take precedence over any terms and conditions of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Les tirages en édition limitée sont disponibles sur demande et seront envoyés conformément à notre politique de livraison. Les images fabriquées sur commande nécessitent un délai de 5 à 15 jours, car elles sont réalisées sur mesure selon vos besoins et les procédés photographiques utilisés peuvent présenter des défis. Nous nous efforcerons de traiter votre commande aussi rapidement que possible et nous vous informerons rapidement en cas de problème.
The prices are indicated in euros – VAT not applicable according to Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
The delivery charges are specified at the time of your order. When delivery is free in mainland France, the delivery charges to other destinations are reduced by €7.50. Insurance is recommended and can be arranged at an additional cost in agreement with the customer.
The items will be charged based on the prices in effect at the time of the order. They remain the property of Studio OAF until full payment is received.
The total price of limited edition prints is payable in full at the time of ordering. For custom prints, a deposit of 50% is required for all orders. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees will be added to the remaining balance, which must be settled before shipping.
Studio OAF retains ownership of the items until full payment of the order is received.
Studio OAF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or who presents any risk in their eyes.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items offered for sale.
Studio OAF is committed to fulfilling orders received on the site within the limits of available stock.
If one or more ordered items are not available, Studio OAF commits to informing the Client as soon as possible and, if necessary, to refund the Client within 30 days from the date of payment.
Toutes les commandes passées sur le sitestudio-oaf.com website will be prepared as soon as possible, in line with the workshop’s schedule and subject to payment confirmation. Studio OAF undertakes to deliver items ordered and paid for by the customer via Colissimo.
The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, without needing to justify their decision or pay any penalties. This right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke images, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a refund, the customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.
Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit. Any exchange or return must be requested via the Contact section and validated by Studio OAF through a confirmation email. Returns will not be accepted if the print is damaged.
Items may vary slightly in colour and other characteristics from the scans displayed on our website. These differences are unavoidable due to the artisanal nature of their manufacture and the process of scanning and reproducing prints online. We make every effort to ensure that representations are as accurate as possible. Please note that, by the nature of alternative photography, no two prints are ever completely alike
The photographs and illustrations accompanying the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only, and Studio OAF cannot be held responsible for them.

The present general terms of use and sale are governed by French law. In the event of a persistent disagreement regarding the application, interpretation, and execution of these general terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French jurisdictions.
